G & A Residential Builders builds homes second to none. With over 48 years combined experience, principals Hamid Golpayegani and Asaad Akhavein create exquisite homes in both form and function. We never build the same house twice, creating each floorplan to custom specifications.

Hamid Golpayegani is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of GA, specializing as a Project Coordinator, Hydrologist, and Civil Project Engineer. He has over 26 years of civil engineering and architectural experience in private and public works projects, including: road design, site development, hydrological study, drain filter draw-down analysis, water quality calculation, sanitary sewer and lift station design, and water distribution systems. Hamid is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers.

 

Asaad Akhavein received a Masters of Science in Structural Engineering and Design from Virginia Tech. Asaad's focus is on engineering design, construction, development, and inspection of building projects. He is a key component of G & A Residential Builders success during all phases of development.
